“I can change the story. I am the story.”
~ Jeanette Winterson
Weclome,
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working within the fields of counseling and mental wellbeing, community development, and social justice. My interest in these areas prompted me to pursue training in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada, as well as here in Los Angeles where it is my great joy to continue working with diverse and inspiring clients.
I offer individual and couples counseling services to adults for a range of issues including: grief, anxiety, depression, loneliness & isolation, relationships, trauma, sexual orientation, gender identity, body image, substance abuse, life transitions, and existential issues such as death, dying, and the search for meaning.
I work from within anti-oppressive and anti-racist frameworks and with a feminist, LGBTQ-affirmative, and trauma-informed lens. I welcome you to explore my pages to learn more about my experience and my approach to psychotherapy.
Initial phone consultations with me are complimentary. These conversations usually last about 10 – 20 minutes.

My services are fully or partially covered by most insurance plans. A monthly superbill for PPO insurances can be provided for you.
